One of the things our clients appreciate most is the fact that they can reach out to us by phone at any time. We never charge for phone consultations, and there is no obligation when you call. Our goal is to understand what’s going on with your dog, answer your initial questions, and give you clarity on what kinds of training solutions may be appropriate.
During these calls, we take the time to listen carefully. You can share what you’re experiencing, what concerns you have, and what kind of progress you hope to see. If you’re struggling with behaviors like leash reactivity, aggression, anxiety, jumping, pulling, or anything else, we’re here to talk through it. Even if you’re not ready to commit to training yet, we’re happy to offer insight, and help you make informed decisions for your dog.
Start With a Free Evaluation
While phone calls are a great first step, many owners choose to begin with our free in-person evaluation. You can request one through our short online form, which includes a few quick questions about your dog’s history, behavior, and goals. The form also gives you the opportunity to describe any problem behaviors or training frustrations you’re experiencing.
Once you submit the form, we will follow up just as soon as possible. If you reach out to us within business hours, you will likely hear back from us within the hour. This initial call allows us to learn more about your dog, and to determine the ideal next steps. The evaluation itself is designed to give you real insight and direction—completely free of charge. You’ll meet with a senior trainer who will observe your dog, discuss your concerns in more detail, and recommend a training path that makes sense for your needs and your lifestyle.
Same-Day Evaluations and Urgent Help Available
Because dogs don’t operate on schedules—and behavior problems often feel overwhelming in the moment—we reserve two time slots every day just for same-day evaluations. This allows us to help owners who need answers quickly or are dealing with issues that can’t wait.
In addition, we leave openings in our schedule for same-day enrollments. If you are facing a serious situation or you simply want to get started right away, we have the flexibility to help. Many owners tell us they feel an enormous sense of relief knowing that immediate support is available if needed.
